BitNomos, a Bologna-based company aiming at digitalizing deliberate societies, and the Hellenic OCR Team, a scientific crowdsourcing initiative and an expert network for the processing and analysis of governance and parliamentary data, are announcing their cooperation.
The two partners agreed on a two year plan for the promotion of open legal data as well as the development of legal informatics solutions to electronic parliament and government systems. Through joint research projects, conference papers and presentations, and scientific publications, this dynamic duo has the potential to truly reshape and advance legal informatics by introducing emerging technology solutions, such as 5G, artificial intelligence and blockchain, into established digitization approaches.
