The Hellenic OCR Team supports the launch of Cybersecurity for Parliaments!
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new open-access publication Cybersecurity for Parliaments, an important and timely contribution to strengthening institutional resilience in the digital age. This volume, developed by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, is co-edited by Prof. Fotios Fitsilis, alongside Prof. Stéphane Gagnon and Franklin De Vrieze. It reflects a collaborative effort that brings together leading scholars, practitioners and policy experts from across the global parliamentary community.
We are proud that members of the Hellenic OCR Team have actively contributed to this publication, both as authors and reviewers, helping to shape its multidisciplinary perspective and practical relevance. The work is further enriched by a dedicated network of reviewers from academia and industry. At a time when parliaments face increasingly complex cybersecurity challenges, from safeguarding sensitive legislative data to ensuring the continuity of democratic processes, this publication offers valuable insights, frameworks and best practices to support informed decision-making and institutional resilience.
We are glad to have played a role in supporting this initiative and in helping bring this resource to the wider global parliamentary community.
